Farah beatbox with Tabla: ''Alf Leila w leila by Om Kalthoum''

Born in Cairo in 1987, Farah beatbox is the first Egyptian Female beatboxer. Her career highlights: - Winning the 3rd Prize in the first beatbox competition in Cairo, being the only girl out of 17 male beatboxers. - She participated in Arabs' Got Talent and was in the top two of the beatbox category. - She started appearing in interviews on many TV channels, magazines and newspapers. - Farah beatbox was requested by Zain Telecom to do an advertising campaign for them, called ''Follow your dream''. - Her latest achievement is to combine beatbox and Tabla. (She also plays Tabla since 2001) Farah started beatboxing in 2001. She got introduced to beatbox and the Hip hop culture in Canada (Montréal) where she used to live, she fell in love with this interesting art form and started practising different vocal sounds as a hobby. Her travels and the time she lived in Europe have sharpened her skills and exposed her to the hip hop culture and beatboxing communities in these cities. ! Friends and family were the first to support her talent by asking her to record beats on their phones and that's when she got the motivation to pursue this talent professionally.
